Biography
ALEX KLEIN is first of all a country voice, imposing, reflecting the stature of the man. He is also a talented guitarist, with 45 years of stage experience, passionate about country chicken picking, blues, western swing, and everything that qualifies as "twang". This adoptive Fribourger, impregnated with American culture and fluent in three languages, tirelessly travels festivals and club evenings. His success relies on a traditional country repertoire, combined with that very special sensitivity that links him to country line dance circles. Surrounded by talented musicians, ALEX KLEIN performs approx. 40 times a year throughout Switzerland, in France, Spain, Egypt, and even in the USA (Nashville and New Orleans), and has participated in several country-themed cruises in the Mediterranean. A composer, he has produced four albums in Nashville/TN (USA), a city with which he has developed a true love story over the years.
